Get Down Digitally with Jezebel!

We are living through a historic and unprecedented time. We know that people are anxious and stressed and bored and frustrated. We feel you–we are, too. Sheltering in place is not easy (though we know it’s for the best and hope that everyone is safe and staying home). The women of Jezebel VonZephyr are bored and missing our clients and work. We want to live creatively and empower women and take incredible photos at our glorious studio. But we can’t. 

So we decided to do the next best thing. 

Who’s ready for a digital get-down? 

We can’t take photos in our studio. BUT–we can shoot virtually! 

Wait, what?! Is that a thing?!? Heck yes it is! And Sara’s figured out how to do it! 

The Digital Get Down with JVZ is a virtual session that takes place in your home. You’re quarantined in a space where you feel safe, so why not do a sexy fun little session to lift your spirits and break up your day? 

During this shoot, Sara will video conference with you and artfully direct your poses and framing, and take screenshots throughout the process. This can be done on your own, setting your phone in a stable location (a counter, bookshelf or nightstand, for example) while she tells you how to pose and showers you with compliments and love. But (here’s the fun part!), this can also be done with another person! The beauty of this virtual session is that it could include a partner who holds the camera (or tablet–that’s actually recommended!) and frames the shots for Sara. This is a fun way to include someone you care about and have them take an active part in your sexy digital shoot! 

The Digital Get Down session is a half-hour experience that utilizes the lovely spaces in your home. One of the things we love most about our new offering is that every session is bound to be unique and special because everyone’s space is unique and special. You’ll have the chance to come alive in the spaces that you love. This session is a wonderful way to celebrate yourself, but to document your home in a fun, sexy way!

Because of the nature of this session, the final photos are going to be low-key and lo-fi. This is a part of the fun of this package! Sara will take the screenshots from your shoot and edit them in unique and creative ways that showcase you and your environment. You’ll receive at least ten photos, delivered to your inbox in a week or less. The photos will not print well, but they will be perfect to use in social media posts and flirty texts to special someones!

Our Digital Get Down session was created to mirror the experience clients have at the Jezebel studio. While you won’t get your hair and makeup done for this quick at-home shoot (you’ll have to do that yourself and it doesn’t need to be elaborate, we promise!), you’ll have the chance to experience the JVZ way. This means that you’ll get coaching, encouragement and lots of love throughout your session. The at-home virtual shoot is a great way to dip your toe into the Jezebel VonZephyr experience. If you’ve been thinking about doing a shoot, but haven’t had the courage to do so, this digital session is perfect for you! Additionally, the $75 cost of the shoot will come back to you in the form of a gift card that you can use for a future session at the Jezebel VonZephyr studio.
