What do you know about Jezebel VonZephyr? 

Yes, we’re a boudoir studio located in historic downtown Snohomish. And we aim to capture women’s energy and essence through stunning portraits. But we’d like you to know more about us and why we do what we do. 

So today we’re revealing five secrets–or maybe they’re not so secretive secrets–about Jezebel VonZephyr so you can get to know us better!

We are a body positive boudoir studio that is here for YOU.

Jezebel VonZephyr was created for women. While we recognize that many people do boudoir sessions for their partners, we wanted to create an experience where you can connect to yourself and your body. You will be met with nothing but acceptance, love, and support when you step into our studio. 

Our goal is to help you see yourself through our lens of love. We hope that you will love yourself even more after your session than you did before you came through our door. 

We are a studio for all women and all bodies.

We believe that boudoir is for all bodies and that every woman deserves to be celebrated through the art of portraiture.

Age, race, weight, ability, body type, sexual identity–none of those things are roadblocks to beautiful boudoir photos with Jezebel VonZephyr. If you are struggling with excuses as to why you should book a session, reach out to us–we’d love to talk with you and help you work through any questions or concerns you have.

We are here to help you on your journey of self-love. 

We’ve photographed over 1,000 women in the nine years we’ve been open.

Jezebel VonZephyr Studio was opened by Sara in July 2013 in a tiny basement studio in Bothell. Since then we have had the privilege of seeing over 1,000 women through our lens of love. We’ve also outgrown our Bothel studio and are happy to call Snohomish our home since 2019. 

Jezebel consists of a core team of three women: Sara, the owner and photographer; Tiffany, the principal makeup artist; and Kaitlyn, the Director of Operations. Together we dream and scheme of how to make the JVZ experience the best it can be for every woman. We want nothing more than to uplift and empower women through the work that we do. 

We have an online community that exists to uplift and support women wherever they are on their self-love journeys.

The heart of Jezebel VonZephyr is community. The JVZ team may be small, but our impact and intent has been felt by many.  That same energy and spirit is captured in our online Facebook community, Jezebel’s Future Belles. This private, women-only group is for those who are exploring body positivity and/or their self-love journeys as well as those who have done a session with us.

Future Belles is a dynamic, supportive environment where women can ask questions, post sexy selfies on weekends and uplift and support each other. If this sounds like your jam we would love to have you join us!

We have a Client Closet that is open for all women to use when they come in for their session.

OK, this one might be the least secretive secret of them all since we talk about this a lot on our Facebook page and there was a feature about our Client Closet earlier this month. But it bares repeating: we have a size-inclusive Client Closet jam-packed with outfits, lingerie, shoes and accessories! Just for clients! Come play dress-up with us!

We offer payment plans.

One of the biggest concerns about doing a session is the cost. A JVZ session can be an investment. We understand this. And we want you to feel worthy of the self-care that is a Jezebel session.

We want you to celebrate yourself! So we offer payment plans to help make sessions and products more affordable and accessible. 

To book a session you just have to put down the deposit. You then have the option to pay off the remainder of the session fee slowly. It just needs to be fully paid before your shoot. 

We also work with you at your reveal to come up with an affordable plan if you fall in love with your photos and want digitals or products like a photo album or metal print. We offer payment plans that work with your budget and on your timeline.

We want your uplifting, happy feelings to last far beyond your session, so we strive to make getting the photos that make you feel empowered, joyful and/or sexy as easy as possible.
