Client Feature Friday: A Queen for the Day!

Jezebel VonZephyr loves to shine a spotlight on womxn of every age and size. We live to connect with each client; and we pride ourselves on holding space for each of them so we can hear her stories and capture her unique spirit. We believe that every session is special in its own way, and we want to share that magic with the world. On Fridays we shine a spotlight on a client so she can share a part of her story. 

Today we feature a first-time client who wanted to celebrate an important milestone in her life: turning 50! She wanted to feel like a queen and the JVZ team was happy to oblige! We want every client to feel seen, spoiled, and celebrated and we’ll do whatever we can to make everyone feel like royalty. How was her session? Read on to find out!

Age: 53

Where are you from? I was born in Council, Idaho.

What is your theme song? “I’m Still Standing” by Elton John 

What are three words you’d use to describe yourself? Passionate. Positive. Tenacious.

Is this your first Jezebel shoot? Yes, it was my first session.

Why did you decide to book a session with JVZ? I wanted to do something special for myself after turning 50. My niece Alexa was a Brand Ambassador and she encouraged me to do this. 

How did you feel before your shoot? I was a little nervous but excited about doing something a bit out of my comfort zone.

How was your session? What was your favorite part? My session was amazing!

My favorite part was how I felt like a queen for the day. They made me feel special and beautiful.

It was so fun! 

What was your favorite look from your session? Why? It’s hard to pick a favorite… But I love the purple lingerie and beads. Also the black body suit in the red room was pretty amazing!

How are you feeling since your session? I feel great and happy I did this for myself.

Did you bring anything special with you to the studio? Why? I brought some shoes; I have always had a thing for shoes… LOL!

How was your reveal? My reveal was a bit emotional, which I did not expect at all.

It really just felt good seeing myself in photos that I actually liked.

The photos were beyond my expectation and were all just beautiful. 

Any advice for anyone thinking of booking a session with JVZ? Just do it and have fun with it! It is so worth it and great for your mental health.

All women should realize the beauty that is within each of us.

Anything else you want to share about your session and/or experience? The ladies at JVZ are amazing and they are doing such important work.
