Celebrate Sisterhood: Delightful Spring Drinks to Share with Your Gal Pals

Whether you’re hosting a brunch, a garden party, or a cozy gathering indoors, celebrating sisterhood and the bonds of friendship is always in season.

To kick off your spring soiree in style, let’s explore some refreshing cocktail and mocktail recipes that are sure to impress your guests and liven up the atmosphere of your gathering. 

Barbie Birthday Party Celebrate Decade Glam Fun Boudoir Champagne

Blooming Berry Bellini

  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions: In a blender, puree the mixed berries with honey until smooth. Pour the puree into champagne flutes, filling each glass about one-third full. Top with chilled Prosecco and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Spring Fling Spritzer (Mocktail)

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh cucumber slices
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (optional)
  • Club soda or sparkling water

Instructions: In a pitcher, muddle together the pineapple, cucumber, mint leaves, and agave syrup (if using) until well combined. Fill glasses with ice and pour the mixture over the ice until each glass is about halfway full. Top with club soda or sparkling water and stir gently to combine.

Lavender Lemonade

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
  • 4 cups water
  • Lemon slices and fresh lavender sprigs for garnish
  • *Optional*Add 1 oz of vodka to each glass for a twist!

Instructions: In a small saucepan, combine the honey or agave syrup with 1 cup of water and the dried lavender. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sweetener has dissolved completely. Remove from heat and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain the lavender-infused syrup* into a pitcher, discarding the lavender. Add the fresh lemon juice and remaining water to the pitcher and stir well. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and fresh lavender sprigs.

Berry Basil Smash (Mocktail)

  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the mixed berries, basil leaves, and honey or agave syrup until well combined. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Strain the mixture into glasses filled with ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil and a few additional berries.

Cucumber Mint Cooler (Mocktail)

  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • Club soda or sparkling water

Instructions: In a blender, combine the cucumber slices, mint leaves, agave syrup, and coconut water. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into glasses filled with ice and top with club soda or sparkling water. Stir gently to combine and garnish with a cucumber slice and a sprig of fresh mint.

Citrus Sunrise 

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine syrup
  • 1 oz of Vodka
  • Club soda or sparkling water
  • Orange slices for garnish 

Instructions: Fill glasses with ice and divide the fresh orange juice and grapefruit juice evenly among them. Add 1 oz Vodka to each glass. Slowly pour the grenadine syrup over the back of a spoon into each glass, allowing it to sink to the bottom and create a sunrise effect. Top with club soda or sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with orange slices.
