We have in place a policy and certain safeguards, which are listed below to make sure that your photos, or any other personal information, are protected and don’t end up where they are not supposed to be.
Identity Protection Privacy Policy
All communication (phone, email, text, etc.) will be kept confidential. This information is never given away or sold to any third parties and is safeguarded to prevent identity theft. We will never disclose the identity of our clients or the names of those in our photos unless it is okay by you. No names will ever be associated with any of the photos we take, whether or not they are showcased on the website.
After your session, your images will be placed on a reputable protected online gallery for you to review. This site is password protected and not visible to the public for any reason.
Use of Images on Website
All of the images used on our website are used with explicit permission from you. You have the right to keep all images private and to not allow their use on the website at any time. We will never use a photo without your consent, and we will only use the photos after a model release form has been signed. Once the release has been signed, it cannot be undone.
Any session we post not only has your permission to post the images, but also your permission on a per-image basis to post the image, and the majority of our sessions are never seen by anyone outside of our team.
Should you choose to have your images posted or featured on our website or other marketing materials, we will require your written permission before doing so. If you wish for none of your images to be shared from your session, we will gladly respect your request with understanding.

Printed Materials
As for the finished images and other products, we use only professional photo labs and album companies that guarantee to safeguard the privacy of our images. This protects us against unauthorized reproductions. We take all necessary precautions to ensure that we are the only one reviewing your images other than yourself.
