Client Feature Friday: Fall-ing For Herself!

Jezebel VonZephyr loves to shine a spotlight on women of every age and size. We live to connect with each client; and we pride ourselves on holding space for each of them so we can hear her stories and capture her unique spirit. We believe that every session is special in its own way, and we want to share that magic with the world. On Fridays we shine a spotlight on a client so she can share a part of her story. 

Today we feature a Belle who loved her first session so much she came back to play in our studio a few months later! She found JVZ because she wanted to feel fierce, powerful and sexy. Judging by her photos we think she’s found those things within herself and so much more! We think she’s “fall”-en for herself! (Pun intended.😉) Let’s hear her story! 

Age: 29

Where are you from? I’m originally from the Midwest, but now I call Bellingham home.

What is your theme song? It changes as I continue to grow and face new challenges. Right now, I think it’s a tie between Savage Daughter by Sarah Hester Ross, W.I.T.C.H. by Devon Cole, and Dandelion by Gabbie Hanna.

What are three words you’d use to describe yourself? Adventurous, methodical, imaginative.

Is this your first Jezebel shoot? If not, how many have you had? I have had two. My first one was in March of this year, and was inspired by my Yennefer of Vengerberg cosplay.

Why did you decide to book a session with JVZ? I wanted to feel fierce and powerful, and to explore my sexy side.

How did you feel before your shoot? Excited and rather silly. The morning of the second shoot, I was looking through my cosplay bin one last time for things to bring, and I found my druid tulle skirt.

The wings shoot was part of the boudoir marathon event, so I immediately thought of doing a ‘fall-en angel’ look. I giggled the entire drive to the studio!

How was your session? What was your favorite part? Both sessions were amazing! My favorite part of the wings session was when Sarah encouraged me to just play and dance with the giant pink wings–they are so fun, and I felt so luxurious!

What was your favorite look from your session? Why? My favorite look on the day of the shoot was the ‘fall-en angel’ look; It started as a bad pun, and turned into an amazing look!

Looking back through the photos now, I think the pink wings are my favorite now. I felt so luxurious and decadent, and it really shows in the images!

How are you feeling since your session? Wonderful! Every time I see one of my photos, I remember how empowered I felt during the session, and how much fun it was.

I can’t wait for my next session!

Did you bring anything special with you to the studio? Why? My tulle skirt and my bralette/panty set. I was just so excited to become a fallen angel!

How was your reveal? We didn’t do a reveal for the wings marathon; the reveal for the Yennefer cosplay was fun, but also overwhelming.

I hadn’t realized how little I thought about how powerful and beautiful I can be, and the reveal made me feel so beautiful.

Any advice for anyone thinking of booking a session with JVZ?  Don’t hesitate!

It is so much fun, and you can wear as little or as much as you want or need to feel comfortable.
