Client Feature Friday: Hell Yeah to New Things!

Jezebel VonZephyr loves to shine a spotlight on womxn of every age and size. We live to connect with each client; and we pride ourselves on holding space for each of them so we can hear their stories and capture their unique spirit. We believe that every session is special in its own way, and we want to share that magic with the world. On Fridays we shine a spotlight on a client so they can share a part of their story.

Today we hear from a first-time client who said “hell yeah!” when she realized the time was right for her to try her first boudoir session. We love when women are courageous and come in for a session even when they’re nervous! How did it go? Read on to find out and see some of her gorgeous photos!

Where are you from? I’m from Mount Vernon. 

What is your theme song? Fat Bottomed Girls by Queen

What are three words you’d use to describe yourself? Quiet, beautiful, and a spicy disaster. 

Is this your first Jezebel shoot? If not, how many have you had? This was my first session.

Why did you decide to book a session with JVZ? The opportunity was there, and the planets aligned so I said hell yeah!

How did you feel before your shoot? I was a bit nervous, not knowing what I was supposed to do or how to act.

How was your session? What was your favorite part? My session was liberating! I felt inspired after a few minutes.  The entire shoot was my favorite part; I can’t pick a favorite moment!

What was your favorite look from your session?  Not sure if I have a favorite, but I loved both the Seahawks and flannel looks. 

How are you feeling since your session?  I’m still feeling excited!

Did you bring anything special with you to the studio? Why? I’m not sure if an open bottle of wine and books are special, but I enjoy both! (With liking wine a bit more than reading lately.)

How was your reveal? It was a bit nerve racking at first. But then I realized something. The more you look at your photos, the more you see the person and background more than the so-called self flaws. 

Any advice for anyone thinking of booking a session with JVZ? Go! Get it done!
