Client Feature Friday: Quite the Catch!

Jezebel VonZephyr loves to shine a spotlight on womxn of every age and size. We live to connect with each client; and we pride ourselves on holding space for each of them so we can hear their stories and capture their unique spirit. We believe that every session is special in its own way, and we want to share that magic with the world. On Fridays we shine a spotlight on a client so they can share a part of their story.

Today we hear from a womxn who’s wanted to do a Jezebel session for years. She finally took the leap and we’re so glad she did! She not only had a lot of fun, but she realized through her session and looking at her photos that she is quite the catch! Heck yes she is!

Where are you from? I’m originally from Northern California; for the last decade I’ve lived in the Seattle area.

What is your theme song? Alright by Jain

What are three words you’d use to describe yourself? Caring. Quirky. Overthinker. 

Is this your first Jezebel shoot? If not, how many have you had? Yes, this was my first session.

Why did you decide to book a session with JVZ? I’ve been wanting to do it for years.  I saw your group (Body Love Lounge on Facebook) and the Goddess Sweepstakes, so I thought “why not?”

How did you feel before your shoot? I was a bit nervous, but excited!

How was your session? What was your favorite part? My session was so much fun! I felt empowered, sexy, and I laughed a lot. 

My favorite part was trying to stand in the stiletto boots–I was almost falling over! I was so nervous to stand in them, but they looked so cool–and they totally hit the mark with the strap-on, wet tank, and flogger!

What was your favorite look from your session? Why? I can’t remember all of them, but the wet tank, stiletto boots, choker, and flogger was my favorite. Every time I see it, I’m reminded that I am quite the catch! LOL! 

How are you feeling since your session? It’s weird that something like this could instill a sense of empowerment and love for myself.

It reminds me when I look at the woman in the mirror–it’s me. That’s so beautiful.

Did you bring anything special with you to the studio? Why? A strap-on and flogger. I wanted to see myself as a sensual, strong, and sexy bisexual woman. We don’t often get to see that part. And it’s fun! 

How was your reveal? It was awesome getting to see myself in a different light.

I was able to appreciate what I always thought were flaws, and understand that those things make me who I am.

And that, my friends, is a beautiful thing! 

Any advice for anyone thinking of booking a session with JVZ? These women are so much fun and not judgmental at all! I had no clue what to bring. They helped me put together some really cool outfits that fit my style and incorporated items I brought in. We laughed a lot, which was very helpful.

Bring some items and clothing that you feel good in, even if you think it’s weird or over the top–those things are you. Be yourself, relax, and realize how sexy and beautiful you are.
