Client Feature Friday: Whimsy, Wonder & Belly-Dancing Boudoir!

Jezebel VonZephyr works with all kinds of women, from the suburbs of Seattle to all over the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We love connecting with each client, hearing her stories and capturing her unique spirit. We believe that every session is special in its own way, and we want to share that magic with the world. Every Friday we feature one of our clients and invite her to share a little about her experience. 

This week we feature an Oregon woman who wishes she could live in Middle Earth! She came to the Jezebel studio hoping that we could capture her spirit with some fun, sexy photos of her and her favorite things including belly dancing, vintage cameras, and Lord of the Rings! We loved helping her shine! Let’s learn more about her magical, Middle Earth-inspired session!

Where are you from? Oregon

What are three words you’d use to describe yourself? Enthusiastic (loud–LOL!), creative, and weird (in a good way).

Is this your first Jezebel shoot? If not, how many have you had? This was my first full one, we did a virtual one a year before!

Why did you decide to book a session with JVZ? My sister-in-law had done a couple, and I had been following on Facebook for a while. I really loved the idea of Jezebel making women feel sexy inside and out. 

How did you feel before your shoot? I was nervous and excited.

How was your session? What was your favorite part? My session was amazing! It was great to have someone giving artistic direction and such great feedback. I used to get told all the time I should be a model, so it was fun to have the chance to play that out. My favorite part was the opportunity to belly dance on set to Hamilton!

What was your favorite look from your session? Why? I adored the elf look we did. I have always wanted to “feel” like I looked like I walked out of Middle Earth!

How are you feeling since your session? It’s been great to be able to look back and see the sex appeal and confidence that was oozing off me!

Did you bring anything special with you to the studio? Why? I brought some stuff from my wedding, as it was our fifth anniversary. I also brought some of my antique cameras, as well as items to represent my love of fantasy. 

How was your reveal? It was fun!  My husband was able to see the images with me, which was…a little awkward, LOL!

Any advice for anyone thinking of booking a session with JVZ? If you have questions about accommodations, ask them! I had concerns about potentially needing to bring my work with me (I’m a dog trainer), and they were open and willing to help me with those things as needed, which I appreciated.
