Breaking Down Barriers on International Women’s Day (and Every Day)

Do you know what today is? March 8th is International Women’s Day!

Here at the Jezebel VonZephyr studio we celebrate women every day, not just on holidays. Everyday we get to see just how courageous women are when they show up for themselves in ways they never imagined. Daily, we have the privilege of witnessing women step into their power as we help them to see themselves in new ways. Down to the very depths of our core, we know that women are pure magic, each one making the world a better, more safe place for all. 

We know this because we see this every single day. 

And we are so fucking grateful for this profound gift.

The theme for International Women’s Day 2022 is “Break the Bias”, where we are challenged to envision an equitable world where women have no barriers like judgment, stereotyping, or discrimination and are free to simply exist as they are. 

This is the world that Jezebel wants us to live in and celebrate every moment of every day. 

Every woman deserves to shine in the way or ways that she deems appropriate for herself. So whether she wants to wear stilettos or sneakers, play Fortnight or the field, pursue a PhD or a family–or all of the above–we support it all! We see you all breaking barriers and doing your best. And we are here to walk alongside you and cheer you on every step of your beautiful journey.

To all of the women who have stepped into our studio: thank you. You break barriers by showing up bravely for your sessions. You are courageous in your vulnerability and growth. You inspire and empower others by showing up for yourself and sharing your stories with others. You are the magic and power and everything amazing about women. We are truly grateful for the gifts you give us and the world daily. 

And to women everywhere, we want you to know: we see you and we are with you. We will continue fighting for a more equitable and safe future for us all. Keep breaking barriers in your own beautiful way and know that we support you, 1000%. We celebrate you today and every single day.
